While Bill Flintom remains PEG’s Chairman and inspiration, the day-to-day responsibilities for running the company are handled by Bill’s son, Rob, who is assisted by a dedicated and talented management team.

Bill Flintom, Founder, Senior Consultant

Ever the entrepreneur, Bill has been in the financial and business market for more than 40 years. His experiential-based successes led him to create, with Edna Harris, the "bricks and mortar" of the philosophy and system used at PEG today.

Bill has been a financial coach to many businessmen, doctors and colleagues with his vast knowledge in strategic business planning, partnerships, commercial and residential real estate development, financial management, estate planning, asset protection, and the "art of balance" between business profits and personal lifestyle spending.

Bill still practices, sits on PEG's executive board, helps with strategic planning of the company and clients, all while having reduced his "treatment days" per week. Now that's balance.

Rob Flintom, CEO, Senior Consultant

An experienced business coach and trusted consultant for almost two decades, Rob is recognized and respected in the dental industry for his unique approach to coordinating the full spectrum of the dental practice cycle. Whether it be practice start-ups, hiring team members, office lease negotiations, building construction and remodels, building purchases, buying and selling practices, implementing partnerships, professional and personal goal setting, or ensuring team accountability, Rob imparts the accumulated knowledge and experience of innumerable "practice lifetimes."

Rob is particularly skilled in conflict resolution, has helped clients with issues surrounding elder care, and has served in trustee and executor roles. Rob offers practical guidelines and formulas that can be put to work today and last a lifetime.

Rob’s professional passion is in helping individuals and companies remove or overcome financial barriers which slow their life progression and personal journey. He received his BA in Business from Southern Methodist University.

Michael Million, Chief Technology Officer

Michael provides strategic technological direction and oversight for PEG’s internal and client services. He is the principal architect of cyberCFO and is largely responsible for translating its vision into functional reality.

Michael consulted with PEG on numerous key projects for several years, including directing all aspects of the company’s Y2K compliance. He joined the company full-time in early 2008.

Prior to joining PEG, Michael provided reliable, resilient and secure Application Service Provider (ASP) solutions within the financial sector. He also held a US Government "Secret" security clearance, allowing him to develop Department of Defense software.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Systems Programming from San Diego State University.

David Striegel, Ph.D., Senior Consultant

"Dr. Dave" is a nationally recognized consultant, coach, speaker and author in the area of enhancing personal and organizational performance under extreme pressure. Using a highly engaging yet no-nonsense approach, he has coached and presented to hundreds of world-class performers in sports, business, education, dentistry and law enforcement including Fortune 500 executives, FBI Hostage Rescue Teams and members of the military's Special Forces.

Dave has spent a significant amount of time immersed in the financial services arena, working with highly successful financial consultants from leading investment houses Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities. This experience has enabled Dave, working closely with Rob Flintom, to bring the highest level of service and expertise possible to every challenge PEG clients face.

Dave received his Ph.D. in Performance Psychology from the University of Virginia.

Drew Trenka, Consultant/Financial Analyst

A former CFO with over 20 years of experience guiding small businesses and individuals through financial challenges, Drew is ideally suited for his role of managing the initial class of cyberCFO clients and directing the training and management of the cyberCFO consultants.

As the developer of the cyberCFO financial platform, Drew created a highly streamlined process for generating, reviewing and analyzing key financial reports. In addition, he continues to build and fine-tune the various financial and managerial eTools available exclusively to cyberCFO clients.

Drew received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University.

Edna Harris, Director of Cash Management

Edna has worked with PEG since its inception. Prior to that, she assisted PEG founder, Bill Flintom, with all areas of bookkeeping and business management in other business ventures beginning in 1972.

Edna developed the working systems for what is now known as Concierge Cash Management™, while also managing team members and handling the company’s client base. Edna is now leveraging this experience as she supports the implementation of the cyberCFO offering and works directly with clients in the initial setup and day-to-day operations.
